Decision of the Collegium of the Eurasian Economic Commission No.90 “On automatic licensing (supervision) of import of certain types of steel pipes”

The measure is introduced in order to monitor the dynamics of imports of certain types of steel pipes with certain characteristics (type of pipe, outer diameter, type of coating, etc.). To determine such characteristics a code classifier has been developed for certain types of steel pipes for which automatic licensing (surveillance) is introduced, which will allow customs authorities to obtain information on the release of such goods in an automatic regime.
