Civil Aviation Act(amended):Article 48, 110-3 and 112 are amended that Civil air transport enterprise are required to submit a business suspension or termination plan for such situations, and the business suspension or termination shall not be implemented until 60 days after the approval of the Ministry of Transport and Communications, otherwise the company and its legal representative will be punished according to the Act.
