COMEX Resolution No.030-2015 Amending Article 1 of COMEX Resolution No.89 on imports subject to prior controls

Pursuant to Article 72(f) of the Organic Code of Production, Trade and Investment, published in Official Journal No.351 of 29 December 2010, the Foreign Trade Committee (COMEX) is responsible for issuing regulations on import licensing and import procedures other than customs procedures.
Amending COMEX Resolution No.89 of 24 October 2012.
This Resolution also amended Article 6 of COMEXI Resolution No. 364 on "regimes for imports subject to prior controls" by adding the following text after the third subparagraph: "Import licences issued by the Ministry of Transport and Public Works (MTOP) shall also be required for the temporary admission regime for re-export in the same state, in accordance with Article 1 of Resolution No. 89".
