Revised Regulations Governing the Entry and Disposition of Imported Wood Products

1. Product coverage can be found in Annex I below.
2. The objective of the modification is to rationalize the requirements and procedures of the importation of wood products into the country.
3. For every application for a new or renewal of a Certificate of Registration issues, the following shall be collected: (a) application/registration fee PHP 3,000.00, or (b) cash bond of PHP 12,000.00.
4. The certificate of Registration issued shall be valid for a period not exceeding 1 year, subject to renewal for a similar period upon application and proper compliance with existing DENR rules and regulation.
