The following information are required in the application:

- complete name, register number and address of the user of goods;
- 8-digit customs tariff code and description according to combined nomenclature;
- commercial name or chemical name of goods;
- quantity;
- complete name and address of exporter;
- scheduled date of import;
- end use statement.

It is up to the applicant to decide when to apply for a licence. The licence is issued within ten working days.
