Outline of the system
Pursuant to the provisions of Decree No.92-424 of 4 April 1992 regulating imports and exports of goods from and to foreign countries, imports of goods and products entering Madagascar are not restricted or subject to import licensing, with the exception of prohibited goods and those requiring prior authorization from the relevant technical ministries specified in the Annexes to the Decree.
