The Government Decision No.228

It establishes the authorization regime, based on a notification, for the import, active processing and for transit of non-hazardous wastes and the administrative body for submission of applications: the Ministry of Environment and Waters Management. This Government Decision is repealing partially the Government Decision No.340 of 20 June 1992 on the regime of import for wastes and residues of any nature, as well as for other goods dangerous for human health and for the environment.
