Article 7 - registration
This law means to support the policy promoting the highly effectiveness potentiality of Agricultural sector, for the development of social and National economy, ensuring the safe and effective control of pesticides and fertilizers, and implementing relevant mandates related to conventions or International agreements on pesticides and agro-chemicals in complying with the international standards, enhancing public awareness on the implementation of standard requirements of pesticides and fertilizers for all relevant activities related to these products and reducing risks caused by the use of pesticides and fertilizers, for the beneficiary of farmers and people in the nationwide, by ensuring food security, food safety, public health, and the sustainability of environment.
