Notification No.1 - Listing the Dalbergia Species into the CITES Appendix II

As per the Notification No. 1/2017 issued on 2-1-2017 by Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation, the inclusion of genus Dalbergia, all the rest genus Dalbergia in CITES Appendix I, in CITIES Appendix II has been approved since 4-1-2017. CITES Export Permit, CITES Import Permit or CITES Re-Export Permit by concerned CITES Management Authority is needed to be attached and all the importing or exporting products are to be from legal logging.
