Notification No.1/2018 - Permitting the Import of Used Macine in 2018

The Ministry of Commerce, in exercising the power conferred under sub-section (b) of Section 13 of the Export Import Law, issues the following notification relating to the import licensing:
The Supervisory Committee for the Import of Vehicles issued a notification stipulating the manufacturing date for the automobiles to be imported in 2019. The notification stipulates the model year for various types of automobiles imported under used car plan (inclusive of consignment basis), individual plan and government plan. The detailed information on the manufacturing date stipulated for different categories of automobiles can be found in the Notification No. 1/2018.
