According to the Notification No.55 released on 9-5-1977 by the Ministry of Home Affairs and Religious Affairs, Chapter 8 – the Principle for Arms Possession, Paragraph 17 of the right to buy and import arms and ammunition mentioned that, as per the Notification 120/3/U dated on 20-8-1969 by Ministry of Home Affairs, the person who live in other country for any reason is prohibited to import the arms and ammunitions when his/her returns to the country. In this regard, this prohibition will be still remained until another instruction is introduced.
