Notification No.57/2018 - Permitting the import of office material

The Ministry of Commerce, in exercising the power conferred under sub-section (b) of Section 13 of the Export Import Law, issues the following notification relating to the import licensing:
The Ministry of Commerce Notification No.57/2018 permits the importation of office supplies and items related services business to foreign companies, non-government organizations and branches of foreign companies. The importing entities are required to file an application for a registration number in order to import office supplies and services business-related items for their own use, and are prohibited from reselling them.
