The Ministry of Industry, in exercising the power conferred under sub section (a) of Section 47 of the Prevention of Hazard from Chemical and Related Substances Law, issues the rules for the Prevention of Hazard from Chemical and Related Substances, with the approval of the Union Government by Notification No.85/2015-2016 on 12th January, 2016. It is available in English version.
