Regulation of accessories, add-ons, and supplements of optical and magnetic media
This measure provides for the monitoring and regulation of the production of the accessories, add-ons, and supplements in all forms for the importation, acquisition, sale or distribution which usually include labels and casings indicating its contents and purposes as well as for the physical protection and proper safekeeping of optical and magnetic media.
The objective of this measure is to effectively monitor and regulate the importation, exportation, acquisition, sale and distribution of accessories, add-ons, and supplements of optical and magnetic media such as cd casings, sleeves, spools, albums, trays and shelves as part of the nationwide campaign against piracy.
