The Order No.842

It is removing the automatic import and export licences, issued by the Ministry of Economy and Commerce, for non-strategically radioactive products and is amending, accordingly, the Order No.391 of 22 December 2003. Since the date the Order No.842/2004 entered into force (17 December 2004) the administrative body for submission of applications and issuing of import and export authorizations for those products is the National Commission for Nuclear Activities Control, according to Law No.111 of 10 October 19962, republished and amended by the Law No.193 of 13 May 2003.
