Protocol on non-tariff measures concerning third countries to the Treaty on the EAEU

Annex No. 7 "Protocol on Non-Tariff Measures Concerning Third Countries" to the Treaty on the EAEU establishes a framework for licensing within the EAEU. Additionally, the Annex "Rules for Issuing Licenses and Permits for the Export and/or Import of Goods" to the Protocol, lays down the procedures for issuing licenses and permits for the export and/or import of goods with third countries.
