The list of products determined by the Resolution fully corresponds to Annex I of Basel Convention on the Control of Transboundary Movements of Hazardous Wastes and their Disposal
The Regulation approves the applicable license conditions for the implementation of economic activities to manage hazardous wastes, as well as establishes an exhaustive list of documents attached to the application for a license to conduct economic activities to manage hazardous wastes (hereinafter - the license), as well as defines an exhaustive list of organizational, personnel, production requirements mandatory for the implementation of these activities.
