Import of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances is subject to a permission on the right to import of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances.
The permission system fulfils part of Ukraine's obligation under the UN Convention against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances of 1988.
The Resolution approves the list of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors.
