In reference to Chapter 7 Article 38 of the Telecommunications Law of the Kingdom of Bahrain Promulgated by Legislative Decree No. 48 of 2002, this Regulation aims at regulating the approval and importation of Telecommunications Equipment that is used or intended to be used for Telecommunications purposes and that is a part of or connected, or comprises, a Public Telecommunications Network, and includes Radiocommunications Equipment. It sets out the detail procedure and technical requirements for importing telecommunication equipment and devices into the Kingdom of Bahrain
