Prior authorization for importing the goods specified is to be granted by the Ministry of Productive Development and the Plural Economy, acting through the Vice-Ministry of Internal Trade and Exports.
Goods shipped prior to the issuing and adoption of the procedure by Ministerial Resolution are to complete the importation process under the regulations in force at the beginning of the process.
Supreme Decree No. 2752 does not apply to imports in small quantities according to the parameters established by the Bolivian National Customs, or to imports from countries of the Andean Community.
