Notes: 

According to the Telecommunication Law, Chapter VIII, section 27, a person desirous of manufacturing, selling or distributing any Network Facility or Telecommunications Equipment shall apply to the Department in order to get the technical standard approval of the Network Facility or Telecommunications Equipment to be manufactured, sold or distributed by him/her in accord with the stipulations.
