Decree 35/2016/ND-CP dated 15 May 2016 of the Government detailing a number of Articles of the Veterinary Law; Circular 13/2016/TT-BNNPTNT dated 2 June 2016 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development regulating the management of veterinary drugs; Circular 10/2016/TT-BNNPTNT dated 1 June 2016 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgating the List of veterinary drugs permitted to be circulated and banned from use in Viet Nam, and announcement of HS codes for imported veterinary drugs permitted to be circulated in Viet Nam; Circular 18/2018/TT-BNNPTNT dated 15 November 2018 amending, supplementing and abolishing some articles of Circular 13/2016/TT-BNNPTNT dated 2 June, 2016 regulating the management of veterinary drugs of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
