The Ministry of Commerce, in exercising the power conferred under sub-section (b) of Section 13 of the Export Import Law, issues the following notification relating to the import licensing:

Notification No. (35/2023)

The Ministry of Commerce has issued the Order for Exporter Importer Registration on 10 May 2023. The companies and associations which are needed to do trade business are applying exporter importer registration in the Department of Trade. In this Notification, the following rules and regulations are mentioned:

- The documents and attachment for exporter/importer registration
- The term, condition and fees of registration
- Extension of registration
