Notes: 

Livestock Breeding and Veterinary Department has to do the inspection of imported animals, animal products and animal feed. Importers who want to import animals, animal products and animal feed have to apply recommendation from Livestock Breeding and Veterinary Department before applying import licence.

The State Peace and Development Council amended the Animal Health Development Law 1993 with the Amendment Law for Animal Health and Development on 31st December 2010. Article 2, 4, 10, 13, 15, 22, 25 and 25 were amended under this law.
