In order to implement the Rotterdam Convention, the Macao Special Administrative Region Government, through Chief Executive's Decision No. 188/2022, has included industrial chemicals and relevant goods under the Rotterdam Convention, as shown in the list of goods in the Import Table under the licensing system of the Foreign Trade Law.
