Supreme Decree No. 2600 of 18 November 2015 was published in the Official Gazette of the
Plurinational State of Bolivia (Gazette No. 0808, La Paz, Bolivia) on 18 November 2015;
Supreme Decree No. 2600 of 18 November 2015 establishes that any person or gaming operator will be authorized by the Gaming Control Authority to import the gaming machines and parts thereof mentioned in the list to be approved through a ministerial resolution issued by the Minister of Economy and Public Finance.
Ministerial Resolution No. 207 of 22 April 2016 establishing the list of gaming machines and parts thereof subject to prior authorization (automatic licensing) for importation into national territory.
Ministerial Resolution No. 01-00003-16 R-008 of 27 April 2016 approving the 'Regulation on the application procedure, importer registration and prior authorization for importing gaming machines, gaming tables and parts thereof for lottery games, games of chance and raffles'.
