Outline of the system
The Republic of Guinea is pleased to notify that all rules and information concerning import licensing procedures applicable in the country are published in the Official Journal of the Republic.
It should be noted that the Ministry of Trade does not apply import licensing. However, importers are required to submit a descriptive import application prior to the opening of their virtual transactions folder (DVT).
