Notes: 

It is repealing the Order of the Minister of Industry and Commerce No.13c of 9 October 1998 on the regime of export and import licences for goods and operations under licensing. Government Decision No.1527/2003 establishes the general rules and procedures regarding export and import licences in Romania. The issuing of export and import licences stipulated in this Decision is ensured by the Ministry of Economy and Commerce, through the General Directorate for Trade Policies.
