Automatic - Used ambulances and fire trucks;
Non-Automatic - Used tractors for semi-trailers, Used special purpose motor vehicles;
Import prohibited goods - Used tractors excluding used road tractors for semi-trailers and used tractors for agricultural use;
Used motor vehicles except used ambulances;
Used antiques motor vehicles of an age exceeding one hundred years.

A new regulation is issued and terminates the regulations as follows:

- Royal Decree Controlling Import of Certain Goods into the Kingdom of Thailand (No. 9) B.E. 2496 (1953) (dated 14 Nov 1953);

- Notification of the Ministry of Economic Affairs Regarding the Importation of Goods into the Kingdom of Thailand (No. 50) B.E. 2512 (1969) (dated 9 Apr 1969);

- Notification of the Ministry of Economic Affairs Regarding the Importation of Goods into the Kingdom of Thailand (No. 66) B.E. 2515 (1972) (dated 4 Jan 1972);

- Notification of the Ministry of Commerce Regarding the Importation of Goods into the Kingdom of Thailand (No. 85) B.E. 2534 (1991) (dated 30 Aug 1991);

- Notification of the Ministry of Commerce Regarding the Importation of Used Passenger Trucks with Six or More Wheels into the Kingdom of Thailand B.E. 2547 (2004) (dated 5 Apr 2004).
